This is also when any potential additional charges will be discussed if extra product or time is needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly request at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows your stylist to offer the spot to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may result in a 50% charge, and no-shows without notice will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
