Yes, every service at Ou Salon comes with a complimentary consultation. During this consultation, your stylist will assess your hair’s length, density, and texture to recommend the best approach for achieving your desired look. This is also when any potential additional charges will be discussed if extra product or time is needed.
We kindly request at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows your stylist to offer the spot to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may result in a 50% charge, and no-shows without notice will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
eGift Certificates can be used for services, products, and gratuities at Ou Salon. Please note that certificates are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. They must be presented at the time of service and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. Service prices may change without notice, and certificates expire 2 years from the date of issue. Our services are priced à la carte, meaning each service is listed and charged separately. The price is determined by the professional level of the stylist you select and their availability at the time of booking. Starting prices are listed when booking online, but if you're booking by phone, feel free to ask our receptionist for a service estimate.
No, color and texture services do not automatically include balancing toners, haircuts, or blowouts. These are offered as separate services, and you can select them as needed.
