Is a consultation included with my service?Yes, every service at Ou Salon comes with a complimentary consultation. During this consultation, your stylist will assess your hair’s length, density, and texture to recommend the best approach for achieving your desired look. This is also when any potential additional charges will be discussed if extra product or time is needed.

What is your cancellation policy?We kindly request at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows your stylist to offer the spot to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may result in a 50% charge, and no-shows without notice will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Can I use eGift Certificates for services and products at Ou Salon?eGift Certificates can be used for services, products, and gratuities at Ou Salon. Please note that certificates are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. They must be presented at the time of service and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. Service prices may change without notice, and certificates expire 2 years from the date of issue. Are kids allowed?Absolutely! We proudly serve the whole family, from kids’ first haircuts to styles for all generations. We’re here to make everyone feel great at every stage.

What products do you use?We exclusively use premium brands Davines and Kevin Murphy, known for their commitment to healthy hair and sustainability. These products nourish and protect your hair while delivering exceptional results.

How are services priced at Ou Salon?Our services are priced à la carte, meaning each service is listed and charged separately. The price is determined by the professional level of the stylist you select and their availability at the time of booking. Starting prices are listed when booking online, but if you're booking by phone, feel free to ask our receptionist for a service estimate.

Do color and texture services include other treatments like toners, haircuts, or blowouts?No, color and texture services do not automatically include balancing toners, haircuts, or blowouts. These are offered as separate services, and you can select them as needed.

Do you offer services for all hair textures, including curly or textured hair?Yes! At Ou Salon, we have stylists experienced in working with all hair textures, including curly, wavy, and coily hair. We offer specialized cuts, treatments, and styling options tailored to your unique hair type, ensuring your curls or texture look and feel their best. Our complimentary consultation will help determine the right approach for your specific needs.

Is Ou Salon ADA compliant?Yes, Ou Salon is fully ADA compliant. Our salon is wheelchair accessible, and we are committed to providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for all clients, ensuring everyone has access to our services.

How should I tip my stylist?Tipping is always appreciated when you're happy with your service. While cash is preferred, each stylist also accepts Venmo for a direct option. If more convenient, you can add a gratuity to your credit or debit card at checkout.
