Yes, it’s that Navy! You may recognize her as the successful co-owner and lead men’s stylist of Hair Rebels, formerly located in Spring Garden. A proud Philly native, Navy earned her cosmetology degree from 931 Beauty Academy and spent over 7 years mastering short styles for both men and women at Rebels before joining Ou Salon in the summer of 2018.

From buzz cuts and crew cuts to temple fades, quiffs, and pompadours, Navy is an expert with both clippers and scissors. Her clients know her for being sweet, charming, and a perfectionist, always delivering the sharpest short cuts and styles.
